Cancellation Policy

Cancellation rules depend on order stage. Earlier cancellations are easier; once packing or dispatch starts, options may narrow.

1. Customer cancellation window

  • Orders may be cancelled before shopkeeper acceptance.
  • Once accepted or packed, cancellation may be restricted.
  • After dispatch, cancellation may move into return or support review depending on the situation.

2. Shopkeeper or platform cancellation

Orders may be cancelled due to stock-out, non-serviceable address, payment verification failure, rider shortage, technical issues, or fraud-risk review.

3. Refund treatment

  • Approved prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method.
  • Incomplete or failed online payments are not treated as successful captures.
  • Typical refund timelines are 5-7 business days after approval.

4. Charges and misuse

Usually there is no cancellation charge before shop acceptance, but repeated misuse or suspicious patterns may lead to restrictions.

5. Non-cancellable situations

  • Order already packed by the partner shop
  • Order already assigned to rider and dispatched
  • Repeated intentional cancellation behavior
