FlashFit is a quick-commerce fashion platform that connects users with nearby shopkeepers and enables faster local order fulfillment.

2. Eligibility

• Users should be at least 18 years old, or use the platform under parent or guardian supervision.
• Users must provide accurate account and delivery details.

3. Product information

Product listings are managed through partner inventory. Descriptions, images, and pricing are presented as accurately as possible, but color, stock, or design variations may still occur.

4. Orders and acceptance

• Orders are transmitted to the relevant shopkeeper for fulfillment.
• Orders may be accepted, rejected, or cancelled based on stock, serviceability, payment status, or operational issues.

5. Pricing

Displayed pricing may include shop price and platform commission. On the user side, delivery is shown as free and the final payable amount is shown during checkout before order confirmation.

6. Delivery expectations

FlashFit aims for fast delivery in active serviceable pincodes, but timelines may vary because of traffic, weather, rider availability, distance, or shop preparation time.

7. User responsibilities

• Do not use the platform for fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
• Do not interfere with the website, payment flow, or other user accounts.
• Provide correct pincode, phone, and delivery address details.

8. Account action

FlashFit may restrict or suspend accounts in cases of repeated policy misuse, false information, fraudulent behavior, or harmful activity against the platform.

9. Limitation of liability

FlashFit is not liable for delays or quality issues caused by third-party shopkeepers or logistics limitations, but reasonable support will still be provided to resolve customer concerns.

These terms may change over time. Continued use of the platform after updates means the revised terms apply.
